How to Remove Package from the OCS Package Queue ?

Hi Gurus!

While applying Patches of the SCM 5.0, I have faced the following problems :

- SCM-BASIS Package SAPK-50008INSCMBASIS ( Level 08 ) is

not imported although, it is loadedin the EPS/in . It

is showing under the column " Available OCS Packages

in the system' under the SPAM transaction.

- After I expanded the Tree, it is showing the dependency

failure for SAPKW70012, and since ours is the training

system, there's no maintenance optimizer configured and

thus, this latest SAPKW70012 Package is not available.

- AS I don't want to mess up the patch application process, I would like to eliminate this from the SAP level. For this, I deleted .ATT and .PAT files of this SCM-BASIS Package from the /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in directory and still it shows up in the OCS Package Que in the SPAM Transaction ...So, How Do I Remove this Package from the OCS Package Queue ?

If you delete the files and re-load the queue from the application server, then these should go away. Or have you already tried that?
