Is anybody know how to uplaod role in 4.0B version, its really old version. Please let me know, I never used this version. Role came to me I think it created in different version. Poin will be awarded

you should be more clear what you mean by 'role' when talking about the 4.0 release. only profiles existed back then...
do you want to upload a 'role' (profile) from a 4.0 system into another 4.x system? or a newer, actual role, into the old 4.0B?

Dimitri, prof generator has been around from 3.1 G, role concept was activity groups with derived roles being called responsibilities if my memory serve me correctly.

no worries, they evolved from 3.1g onwards to what we know & love now. I think I agree with what you are getting at I can't see mashing a 4.6C (for example) into 4.0n as working even if you can upload into 4.0
