Cannot login to the SAP J2EE Engine - help needed

Under SAP management console all processes runs fine including the J2E engine but when i open SAP Netweaver Developer studio , it asks me to enter SDM password and after i compile my sam project i get this below message under Developer trace debug. After this error if i shutdown and restart my process under SAP management console The J2E engine won't run, it gives the same below error. Can someone help me ? should i reset SDM or J2E password ? if so how ?

It says, Password which you entered is not valid.

Check your J2EE Engine SDM Password. You can check for your System Administrator PWD.
