Hi,

The above message appears even when stock shows one 1 no. of materail available. I understand that this will get blocked in some other sales orders. I want to know how to get a permanent solution under these situation without going & rejecting the items in the other sales order & making it available for the current order.

Hi Pravinitha, I think Rajendra is referring to Transaction OVZ9 (Availability Check Control - Scope of check), and un-tick "Include sales reqmts" for the combination of Availability check & Checking Rule (double-click to open) that you are using. Beware that by removing this check, over-booking might occur and you may not be able to keep your sales promises.
