You can't.
What you can do is - you can try to telnet from your saprouter to the specific port, so e. g. if your system is running on 3200 you can try
telnet <ip of your server> 3200
If you get a prompt with "Escape sign is ..." then the connection works.
The other possibility is to open an OSS call on XX-SER-NET and ask the people there to try to connect to your system.
