Who blocked the G/L account?

This is about a G/L account, which is blocked for posting. Could anyone tell me how to find out who blocked it and when it happened?

Hi,

GO to the Information (CoCd) tab, push the change documents button.

In the next screen choose Environment -> Multiple display. Enter the data you want to see.

I would like to award you points, but for some reasons the radio button disappeared on the side of the message. Any idea?
