Sending E-mail from XI Alert config for a fixed recipients

Hi,

We have problem problem when sending alerts messages to fixed recipients, some of them are getting e-mail alerts some of them are not. We checked all configuration steps in the user profile.

Any idea would be highly appreciated.

Venkat,

You need to maintain user email address and then choose communication method to email in recipient users profile for triggering an email alerts to user.

I believe this will resolve your issue.

Ask every user to log on to their Alert Inbox and then go to the personalization link and select option Time Independent Delivery --> EMail .

Only when this is selected the user's alerts are sent to his Email
