Message Mapping buttons disabled

Former Member

Hi everybody,

I have a problem when I want to map identical nodes within Message Mapping .

The problem is that the button "Map Selected Fields and Substructures if Names are identical" is disabled. Not only this button is disabled but all the buttons are disabled, I mean: 'Clear mapping', 'Data Flow Editor', 'Dependencies' and so on...

Obviusly, I'm working in edit mode.

The Xi is 3.0 and SP 20.

Why are these buttons disabled??

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Carlos

I'm sorry, but I can't reward your answers because the radiobuttons are not displayed.

As soon as the radiobuttons are displayed your replies will be reward.

This one gives an explanation of how to use different version:

Hello,

I have also seen this now after I innstalled JDK6 yesterday. I have now innstalled the j2re 1.4.2 again, but it still does not work. Did you have to remove version 6 or change the JAVA_HOME to make it work?

In that case does it mean you can not use JDK6 if you want to use XI3.0?

Have you enabled the option '<b>Objects are modifiables'</b> in the Software Component version?

Hi Gonzalo,

Yes, the option 'Objects are modifiables' is enabled.

I'm going to try what Aamir said.
