Campaign in WinC

Hi CRMers

I have created a few call lists and linked them to my campaign.Now how do I get this call list in WinC in order to execute my campaign thru WinC

Hi Patricia ,

After you have configured ICwinclient for your profile you should also see a Campaign Tab or a Call list tab( Depends on what you name the tab in the Work space configuration in IMG,After assigning the profile for the workspace you have created,you can see the tab under that you will be ssing the call list assigned to the agent from call list management.
