Our SAP systems auto logout if idle for 30 minutes. I would like to know what the general recommendation in this area is.
Our users have been complaining that 30 minutes is too short and 60 minutes would be ideal.

There are no general recommendations. But I believe them, 30 minutes might be too low, unless this SAP server contains high sensitive information such as HR/Payroll.
