Hi all,

I have a req. where I need to create a webtemplate on 3 Queries. I have to create 3 buttons or something and when I click the 1st button query 1 should be displayed, when I hit 2nd button query 2 should be displayed and so on. How can I do this? And when I click the buttons the variable screen should pop up if there are any variables for the respective queries.

Regards,

Rahul

Rahul,

There is an excellent feature we use in 3.5 Tab Strips. Soudns like it will fit your requirement perfectly, All the html code is posted on the forum.

I'm not a html person and its was pretty straightforward to figure it out.

The output looks really well and has gone down well with our users.

Rahul,

When I paste the code in and post the messgae I'm getting an error.

Its on the forum - search for:

"DHTML function to set correct span-Tag visible "

Its the post labelled BW Reporting from Sept 7th.

Hi,

I don't know if there is a better solution but you can create 3 different templates with 3 different buttons. Every button has the link for the template with the related query. Regarding the variables, when you call a template by default appear a screen with the user input variables but it appears as a fullscreen I don't know if it is possible to do as a pop up.

I hope it helps.
