Expense Statement - Based on Cost Center

Dear Gurus,

Is there any standard report in R/3 for P&L Report by Cost Center?

If not, how can I create it using Report Painter/ Report Writer? What tables should I use to get the report.

I am working in R/3 3.1I.

Do you have S_ALR_87012611?

You can get only cost center report that shows costs collected in cost centers, Revenues area not collected in cost center, Probably you may want to try Profit center report, where the revenue collecting objects are assigned to PCs.

No, I do not have "S_ALR_87012611".

I just wanted the report for the expenses. Can you let me know which is the table that gets populated with the Cost Center and Amount details, I could ask ABAP'er to help me out, if nothing works.

Sorry that should have been S_ALR_87013611.

By the way this transaction runs a standard report painter report which is under report group 1SIP. (GR53).

This report is based on library 1VK and table CCSS.
