Attach document when posting

Hi Guru:

I want to attach a document when I post in FI.

But when I use FB50, F-02 to post a new document, the attachment button is not there, only after I post it, I could use FB30 to attach an attachment.

Is there any way I could attach it directly in FB50?

Eric,

I don't think so, we create attachments to our FI documents, but this all takes place after the posting has taken place. Transaction OAAD is the place to start.

Otherwise you can use FB03 to display the document then you can add attachments using the 'services for objects' button - top left just underneath the Green confirmation tick button.
