Document Locked. quick help pls.

We are using the document management feature in Solution Manager 4.0 . Currently we are in project preperation phase and consultants are working on preperating documents. One of the user's session was disconnected and document is locked. What is the procedure to unlock the document. I have looked at help.sap.com, but answer is not very helpful.

Hi Nick,

where is document that is locked? If you say about document in the BusinesBlueprint (SOLAR01) then you can unlock this document at the follow way:

1. Select this document in the T-Code SOLAR01

2. Press button Atrubutes (in the top of screen)

3. Press button "Unlock" (maybe this button has name "Delete lock", I use not english SM) in the bottom of screen "Attributes".

Basically, "YOU ARE A STAR" .

For the user it is like "Check out the Document" and that worked.

But, I expect to see some thing like "unlock" or "delete lock" as you said.
