Hi:
You can use table LIKP (delivery header)
When the delivery is shipped, the date will be in field WADAT_IST.
The Inco Terms are in fields (INCO1, INCO2) of table LIKP.

you can create an abap query in sq01 using table vbak, for sale orders, likp for deliveries or vbrk for invoices.
