unable to launch IR &ID

Hi,

While clicking on the link ID & ID its just blinking and rolling out.I request any idea.

I did :-

1)installed java 1.4.2.4(de-installed & installed once again).

2)in the java web start maintained proxy to NONE.

3)cleared cache in the Web start.

4)copied all jar files to \Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\javaws\cache according to java web start path.

5)Re-initialised without signing certificates in XI admin.

If any clues plz suggest me apart from the above.

Hi sridhar,

You should have only SDK and Runtime Environment of JAVA installed on your machine. Check this in control panel. Also verify whether you are having this problem with some other machine?

On command prompt run command <b>Java -version</b>, if this is not giving the correct version, set JAVA_HOME environment variable to the newest one.

Uncheck your proxy in the browser.

What ever mentioned in the weblog's ,i did every thing.No Use. Plz specify me ,if u had other one, apart from this.
