SAP Gui 710 and transaction SE71

Hi,

We have an annoying problem with SAP GUI 710 and transaction SE71 (sapscript).

We have recently installed the new gui 710 installed on Windows 2000 professional machines.

In this transaction you have the button 'Layout', you will get a new window showing the layout. But now this window will not come to the front of the screen. If you alt-tab or click this window in your windows, this screen wants to keep behind every screen.

This is really annoying because we do a lot with sapscript.

Is there any problem know with this or is this a setting. At this moment 3 computers have the same problem. One user does not have the problem with SE71. When you click the screen, it just pops up.

Well, it took a while to install patch level 4, but this did not help.

We have now seen that if you are in display mode, the layout is jumping behind every screen. But in change mode I have not the problem anymore. (did not change anything).

Now I checked an other user and he has the same, in display modus you can not alt-tab to the screen and in change modus you can.

The other user has no patch level installed, I have patch level 4.

Apparently, using GUI 710 (PL4 or PL5) in combination with SAP 46B gives this reaction.

Now we have upgraded our system to 6.0 this behaviour is gone.

Just to inform you all.
