vf04 transaction

Hi all

with a vf04 transaction, a list of all billing due docs are generated.

Any idea how to see , how many were generated. There are a lot of buttons with 'sorting/ascending etc' functions but no function for finding the ammount of docs generated.

I thought maybe there would be a download to excel option somewhere in the menu , but could not find one.

GOTO VF04 enter the selection criteria and Execute

Then inside goto LISTSAVEand select ur option like Spread sheet

sorry can't see the radio butons on my IE ,but I shall recheck with FF at home and the points are due.

Hi,

After Executing VF04, as per the selection Parameters, you can download the output of the documents due for Billing through :

List (Menu Bar at top) -> Save -> File -> Spreadsheet

Please check and confirm.
