change of type in smartform

Dear gooroo,

We r now upgrading our system from 4.6C to ECC6. During this upgrade we encountered a problem: the field P_SERNR type had changed (from 30 char. to 40 char.) after implementing note 888589 ,thus while trying 2 print our forms in Smart

Form, we receive the exception "type conflict when calling a function module" message it refers 2 module "/1BCDWB/SF0000040".

One of two things has happened;

Either,

You have a SAP print program and customer form

or

You have a customer print program and a SAP form.

The customer copy has still a 30 char field, the SAP ECC6 version has a 40 char field. Whichever is the customer copy has to be changed to match the new definition.
