Hello,
we've a problem with our detailed navigation in the portal, EP 6.0.
Last week a user told me that he can't see the detailed navigation anymore.
And today another one.
All other users (about 400) are able to see the detailed navigation.
We didnt't import a new SP or anything else. Deleting the cookies of the user or clearing the navigation cache in the portal doesn't work. If the user calls the portal on the client of a collegue, it won't work neither. We've an own Frameworkpage, but this has been running for 2 years and the DTN in the Framework is marked as shown.
Does anyone knows what happend?

The user hasn't just hidden or removed the DTN iview have they??

Hi,
yes, the user had removed the detailed navigation, but they didn't know it.
We've a blue bar which overlays the button "Collapse Tray". The button was still there, but it couldn't be seen. If a user wanted to "Collapse [the] navigation panel" and he didn't aim the arrow correctly, then he clicked the unseen button "Collapse Tray".
Solution: In our theme we had to change the properties in "Navigation Panel": "Height of Tray Icons" and "Width of Tray Icons" have to be "0".
