As you are aware, sales data comes through POS in an IDOC form. Therefore, apart from your SD and FI you have to customize POS related IMG Nodes too.
There are lot of customization you have to carry out in SD and FI.
Getting the site master data for being able to print up these values in invoices. The site master data may include site code, site number, site license number, site VAT number etc.
Sending Product Hierarchies, Payment methods, Hot keys, List of articles for which perpetual inventory has to be carried out, and the list of articles where a GR has been done on a given date.
