Licencing for Web-based application

Hi, Im from a region that does not have netpoint yet, I'm hoping whether someone can answer the following about a possible Web CRM front end :

If about 300users need access, would I need 300 CRM Licences? Or just one and identity kept and managed via UDF.

Where to find comprehensive resources on proper way of updating the B1 database tables, ie. the JConnector kit etc.

If development is using JSP, this and the DIAPI would be sufficient to get started?

development is not JSP, it's ASP.Net

Netpoint does not use the Jconnector, it uses the DI API and ASP.Net 1.1

You would need 300 WebCRM licenses, netpoint does not have UDF's

What country are you referring to?
