Check if FTP is reachable? (like CMD > FTP > open?)

is there a tool or a transaction in XI where I can check if the XI could reach my FTP-Server?

Hi Mario,

if you set your file channel you can check it fomr here:

http://server:port/mdt/amtServlet

if your channel is green that means that your FTP is reachable

remember to set the timeout (in your file/ftp adapter - if your ftp cannot be

reached within this period then it will turn red

and you'll know that the ftp cannot be reached
