Hi,
Data from RFC is transfered through Variables & TABLES.
Goto SE37
Type RFC name
CLick DISPLAY
Goto IMPORT or EXPORT or TABLES tab.
The fields mentioned under this tabs transfer data.
Best regards,
Prashant

Hi
RFC means Remote Functional Call. this RFC can be called by external systems and feed the data like may be customer master creation (or) Sales Order creation.
SAP has not come up with All kinds of IDOC structures. hence, wherever generally IDOC is not possible, then RFC would be the alternative to update in SAP. Pl note that all kinds of conditions can be kept in RFC with input parameters which come from external system
Thanks
JK
