SAP cryptographic libraby install

Hello,

I am trying to install SAP cryptographic library on my WEBAS Java.

The recommended location as per SAP is

Windows NT: <DRIVE>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\run

But, I could not find dorectory "run" on my machine.

i have E:\usr\sap\J2E\SYS\exe\uc\NTI386

Can i install on directory "uc" whether it will work as expected.

If anybody experienced this, pls help me.

Hi Srinivas,

Can you please clarify me whether you are using <b>NW04</b> or <b>NW04s</b>, because the path structure which you are telling as Windows NT: <DRIVE>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS<b>\exe\run</b> comes with<b> NW04</b> but the path which is

present on your machine is E:\usr\sap\J2E\SYS<b>\exe\uc\NTI386</b> which is the path structure for <b>NW04s</b>.

So may be you are using <b>NW04s</b> system. So you can install SAP Cryptographic library under "uc".

Both the file structures are same.It differs only depending whether you are using <b>NW04</b> or <b>NW04s.</b>
