SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE missing authorization for partner determination.

Hi all!,

We are working with SAP Solution Manager 4.0 SP12, and we have one problem with the Partner Determination for the Support Team and the Message Processor.

If we assign the SAP_ALL profile to the user everything goes just fine, including sending an e-mail notification to all actors (Requestor, Processor and the mail asigned in the support team org. unit.) But for obvious reasons we can't allow all users to have that profile, so, we start working in copying to customers namespace all the roles provided for service desk. In theory the role SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE should be enough in order to CREATE messages but if we only assign this role to the user the message is created ok, but both actions (Find support team an find message processor) fails.

The specific error is:

Error in resolution of rule 'AC90000137' for step '1'

Message no. WL423

Diagnosis

The function module for rule 'AC90000137' initialized an exception and

returned a message ("MESSAGE ... [RAISING ...]").

System Response

If the message is of type 'A', 'E' or ' ', the confirmation of the

current work item is recorded and the work procedure set to error

status.

In all other cases, the message is logged as a warning and the work

procedure continues.

As you can see we use the Rule 'AC90000137' this rule is a copy of the original rule provided by the standar configuration (AC13200137). We copied in order to add the e-mail notification functionality and a Message Processor determination based on message component.

We don't think this is a coding problem because if we use the profile SAP_ALL the rules works perfect.

Any advice would be appreciated.
