Is this return Delivery in reference to a STO or a SO?

Do you mention the SLoc while doing Vl01n?

What does this delivery result in, is this anyway related to WM?

This is what you might want to try:

SPRO> Logistics Execution>Shipping> Deliveries> Define Delivery types:

Add a SLOC rule

and

SPRO> Logistics Execution>Shipping> Deliveries>Define Item Categories for Deliveries, Edit the delivery requirement by making the SLOC required mandatory

I don't understand your question, Are you trying to pick something specifically from a Sloc through a mov.t type or is it at the time of GR??

Hi,

the problem is in return delivery VL02N where

the storage location is not mandatory and I would like to set it as a required entry

so that users dont' forget to put it because the error generetad by the system is:

"The storage location is not defined for delivery item 000010"

Hi,

If the st loc field is required to be made mandatory for mvt type 601 ,the same can be made on OMBW choosing the storage loc as required entry.

Not in configuration. You can probably achieve the required effect via authorizations.
