Quotation. How we can do this business process:

1. If user set 'user status' to 'status 1' -

CRM automatically set system status 'distribution lock'.

2. If user set 'user status' to 'status 2' - CRM REset system status 'distribution lock' in quotation.

Hi Denis,

as you know you can controlled the user status in transaction CRMBS02. Here you can

controlled the user status codes, and the system status codes are hard coded in transaction BS33/BS32. For example lets say you wanna trigger the system status OPEN for the user status OPEN, you'll proceed as follows:

In CRMBS02 you can control the user status OPEN with the business transaction OPEN. Then in transaction BS32 you can look for the business transaction OPEN, double click on it, and see that the only system status SET is I1002 (OPEN).

Hi Denis,

I forgot to tell you that the system status you have to allow for your business transaction is I1196 (CTDL) for the Distribution Lock.
