Button Inform Bidder and send back bids

Hi, all!

Please explain me how work the button <i>Inform Bidder and Send Back Bids</i>?

When I to press this button I have message that Bid invitation issued to bidder, but if I look at Log the status output document - not processed. Why e-mail don't send to bidder through button Inform Bidder and Send Back Bids?

Hi,

if you create a bid invitation the contact persons are informed immediately. But if you change afterwards the bid invitation (e.g. quantity) and press save, a popup appears which tells you to inform the bidders manually.

In this case the button 'inform bidder' can be used. The bidders will be informed about the changes.

Thank you very mach for answer, it'is help me,

I set in the Define actions for document output

- Imediate processinga and Processing when saving document,

in first time I don't see in the SOST e-mail because bid invitation

don't published.

Hi,

you have to configure the Post Processing Framework for immediate output. You can do that for the Bid in customizing:

SRM Server - Cross Application Basic Settings - Set Output actions... - Define actions...
