SAPHTML.OCX problem (tricky one...)

After clean windows installations on both my PCs, I get an Internet Explorer error message in SE80, so I can't choose any objects. I've read many threads about the problem, but none of the solutions can apply, because:

The problem occurrs only on one of the PCs.

One PC has Vista 32, the other one x64. The x64 one doesn't work. However, I've used SAP GUI on an x64 in the past without any problems.

I connect both to NetWeaver and ERP 2005 systems - makes no difference here.

I installed SAP GUI 710 SP 4 on both PCs with the same installation executables.

I can see SAPHTML.OCX in the "loaded DLLs" dialogue on both PCs.

Any ideas...?

I completely deleted SAP-GUI and reinstalled. Works fine now.
