Fillter function

Hi

I have two branches in my company, each branch transction run by different user.

here the requirement is, for example ,

one user creating sales invoice at that time he wants to see only his branch customer(i have differentiated the customer through customer group) , not all branch customer.

I tried by using fillter option ,it is working but every time i have to manually press the fillter function, is that any option to get only the particular branch customer by pressing tab button itself

By Filter function are you referring to the filter on the TOP Menu Bar or are you talking about a Formatted Search,

I don't think using the regular TAB key you can filter specific customer for a Branch.

You can do one of two things:

Add the Group Column to the Customer list window and Check the Group check box. This way when the user hits Tab it is all nice Grouped and he can expand just his Branches (his Group)

The Other way would be to Create a FMS and place it on the CardCode / CardName which will list only Customer that belong to the Specific Group (Branch)
