Unable to start service AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER in Visual Administrator

I am trying to start the AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER RFC destination in visaul administrator but its not starting. Its saying please check the log file. Which log file i need check.and How to start this service?
