Can i add more partner functions in delivery doc after PGI or Billing

Hi Gurus,

Can i add more partner functions in delivery doc after PGI or Billing?

i want to add IS Manager partner function in SO, Delivry & Billing, but its enable only in SO , in delivery doc. it is allowing me to add new partner functions bcoz i have done PGI. so wt is the solution of it, wt shud i have to do?

HI,

You can change the partner function, in dilivery before PGI, but after that you cant chage, but Before billing doc. you can change the partner function in Billing do..

i hope this input will gives your answer.

HI,

You can not make changes to Delivey and Billing doc. once the subsequent documents are created for the delivery and billing.( EX . PGI and Acc.doc. posted to the Accounting.and released.)you have to cancel the Accounting doc. if posted, cancel billing, reverse the PGI, cancel the delivery and then cancel the order and create the new order with the required partner functions.

As for as partner function in delivery is concerned, you can certainly <b>CHANGE the same b4 doing PGI but not ADD.</b>

After PGI you can not make changes to delivery.

And after release to accounts you can't do the same in billing.
