Hi,
we have different tasks shown in the UWL in our portal.
But there are a view tasks (the EIC generates) which we want to hide. We already have these task-numbers (TSxxx) deleted from the XML-file (system configuration - Universal Worklist Configuration Content) but they are still visible. Any other ideas?
Regards,
Anja
Use personalization options to select the display options to be used for the standard Universal Worklist Display. These personalizing options allow you to create displays that hold only the worklist information that is relevant to you. You can either modify the display attributes of one of the default views, or create a separate custom view.
To create a custom list view, do the following:
1. Log in as an end-user
2. Navigate to Home ® Work
3. Choose the Personalize View link from the icon( ) next to the Hide Preview. The UWL Personalize View iView is displayed. You can either customize the current view or create an additional custom list view.
In the example, we will show you how to create an additional custom list view.
4. Choose the Duplicate button.
2. Enter a name for the custom list view and choose Apply.
3. The new worklist display can be personalized using the personalization tools.
4. When your custom properties are complete, choose Save.
The new custom list name will appear as a new subcategory beneath the current top category in the worklist navigation.
To delete the custom worklist view, choose the Delete button.
Attributes and their sort orders
The list of currently displayed attributes is shown on tabs.
1. To remove an attribute tab from display, select the one you wish to remove and then choose the Remove From Current View button.
2. To add an attribute tab to the display, use the drop list menu (next to the Add button) to select an attribute tab and then choose Add.
3. To move the column position of an attribute tab, select the attribute tab and then move it left or right in the tab sequence using the left (<<) and right (>>) arrows until it is in the position you want.
4. For each selected attribute you can specify more detailed personalization such as:
Attribute Name
Horizontal Alignment
Width
Sorting properties
In this personalization section, you determine the order of task items displayed. In the first group box, the column with the highest sorting priority is selected. You can specify if you would like the sorting to be in ascending or descending order. Two more sorting columns can be added to sort within items of equal value in the previous sorting column.
Data Properties
You can specify:
The number of work items to be displayed on a page.
The automatic page refresh rate using the drop list menu.
The number of days before the due date when task item turns red, to indicate severe time concern.
The number of days before the due date when task item turns yellow, to indicate warning of due date.
Table Design Mode.
Select either Standard or Alternating
The names and characteristics of view filters that allow you to select or eliminate certain task items for display based on selection criteria, such as keywords within attributes.

Whether or not to display the page header.
Whether or not to display the page footer.
