SXI_CACHE error status

Hi Experts,

In SXI_CACHE, under the <b>Status of XI Runtime Cache</b> both shows the error status. How to solve this issue?

Hi Sara,

First at ID , whether Objects have been actived successfully or not. There must be some activation problem when you tried to activate the objects.

I am getting the below errors in SXI_CACHE.

Unable to refresh cache contents.

Error during last attempt to refresh cache.

can you check the cache status in the RWB for the AE, IS are they in green colour...if AE is in yellow color....run the CPA cache....and then try...this should clear the ID cache....

any particualr error when you run SXI_cache.

How to check the AE and IS cache status in RWB?

Do we have any specific user to access SXI_CACHE?
