Exporting Report

Hello SAP Gurus,

I am trying to export a report which I am able to access but when I click on report to try and export to excel the <b>export</b> button is greyed out. What could be the cause of this?

In that case it is definitely a authorisation issue. check with your basis consultant.

Is it a Z report or a standard report. If it is a standard report tell me the name.

It is a standard report S_ALR_87013326. When I go into the report using my login details I can export it but when I use the enduser details I can't export it?

Could it be an authorisation thing if so what do I do?

You can use 'System - List - Save - Local file' to download that.

I tried that as well when I get to save - local file, report tree and office folders are all greyed out.
