I am looking for BTC for Bank Customer Accounts /BCA/.
Do I use the CFM, or the Banking BTC? Or is there something I overlooked, please?

Yes, I am looking for Business Content. Sorry for the lacking clarification.
I am looking for BTC for In-House Cash /CFM and BCA/. I found the package for CFM, but found only banking packages like
- IAS BW: Content IAS Reporting 'RS_BCT_BA_IAS'
- FDC BW: Content: Connection of Feeder Systems to FDB 'RS_BCT_BA_FDB'
- BW: Content IBU Banking 'RS_BCT_BA'
I am quite not sure which one to use, or which one to base my extraction logic on.
Could you please just show me the direction?

are you looking for the (saving) accounts or the mortgage loans? First can be found under transaction banking (TRBK) the other ones under consumer mortgage loans (CML)
