Hello,
I think because of the taxlaw in germany we have to archive incoming invoices as orginal. From my understanding that means the normal archive build in XI is nothing what we can use on this step. Instead of this we need something that write every incoming msg. as a file in directory.
Is there something available for this ?
Thanks Bernd
Hi,
how do you get those invoices?
if with a file then you can try placing then info a dummy folder in which you could place a "program" that would copy the file to two other directories:
one archive and the other normal folder from which XI could pick it up
if you get those invoices by some adapter then you have to do it in BPM and add one send step (to send an original file to the archive folder)

HI,
actually I get the invoice via http but for the future I'll get also other logistic document by all kind of adapter.
Yes BPM may be a solution but I think then I have to use BPM for every of Scenario. Thats not what I want and also the taxman might tell me that I am not using the orginal msg. because its from a database.
Any idea if it possible to write a process modul that write the msg in a file and then to use this process modul on every adapter ?
Bernd

sure it's possible you have to write just one module
which will take the content it receives and put it inside a folder
then you can use this module in many adapters but...:
- it's not possible with http adapter (as there's no http adapter)
- the content that the module receives is I believe an XML payload so I guess you'll have to archive XML messages
