Hi,

in POs printing I would like setting by default "Output type" <b>ZNEU</b>, "<b>Partner function</b>" and "<b>Partner</b>" without any action by user so that with trx ME9F can execute directly the printing of

POs.

Hi,

Maintain the condition records based on the std parameters for ZNEU.

Then print will trigger automatically if the parameters are correct.

Hi,

You have to define an access sequence that cover your needs (Document Type of the Purchase order / Purchasing Organization for example) in Materials Management / Purchasing / Messages / Output Control / Access Sequence for PO.

Then you assign this sequence to your Message Type in Materials Management / Purchasing / Messages / Output Control / Define Message Type for PO.

Then you have to define a condition record with your message type, so that the message is generated automatically when creating a Purchase order (Tcode MN04).

It depends on how you have configured your output control. If you want a general the same control data for output determination, create a condition record for the purchasing organizations.

for the partner function, You can check in Materials Management / Purchasing / Messages / Output Control / Partner roles for message type in the customizing.
