Mechanical Maintenance Performance Indicators

Dear Friends,

Has there been any standard SAP Report on Mechanical Maintenance Performance Indicators or anyone has developed a similar report? If so kindly share the code with me or give me a direction how to go about it.

In general mech. maint. performance could be achieved in the following aspects,

1. Break down of the plant equipments within the limit ( for ex: 1% or 2% of the total operating hours )

2. Maint. expendiure to be maintained within the limit of the budget projected in the financial year.

3. Zero accident in safety aspect.

For reporting purpose SAP PM has some standard reports,

1. List of Breakdown maintenance notifications in T code IW29, where your breakdown for selected equipment for the given period can be found

2.List of maintenance orders, T code IW39 where you can get the maintenace order actual cost for the given period, again selection options are available for equipments, functional locations etc.,

3.safety aspects can be performed if u have EHS module also,

Apart from this u can develop ur own report with the help of Functional and technical consultant which suit your business as well as the management reporting fashion,
