Changing of field in CMR-urgent

Hi,

I want to change Recon account group of existing customer.when i am trying to change it system is not allowing since it had become as grey field.

plz suggest me some one..............

--> Financial Accounting

-> accounts receivable and payable

-> customer accounts

-> master data

-> preparations for creating customer master data

-> Define screen layout per activity.

check for transaction code you used (say XD02/VD02).

If the field is assigned to display, change to optional and try now...

in SPRO goto Financial Accounting->accounts receivable and payable->customer accounts-> master data-> preparations for creating customer master data-> Define account groups with screen layout->

select your account group go to detail from there in the field status double click on company code data and then account management make the reconcillation account as the req. entry.

now it is possible to change.

ur recon account field is completely greyed out and u want to activate this field?
