External settlement of PM order

1.We are operating many GLs for posting against PM order

2.We want to settle the cost of PM order to another GL account.(external settlement)

3.In settlement rule of the PM order we have mentioned GL account as receiver. But when we try to settle the same the following error appears:

Complete allocation structure PM

Message no. KD503

Diagnosis

During settlement, the system puts the sender debits into groups (assignments), which are settled using the same settlement cost element. The settlement assignment is made in the allocation structure, which is stored in the settlement rule for the sender (under settlement parameters).

Cost element 19024 cannot be assigned to a settlement cost assignment in allocation structure PM, and therefore it cannot be assigned to a settlement cost element.

Hi check the Allocation structure .

1. Ensure the settlement cost element defined is of cost element category 22

2. This 19024 cost element is posted with some costs but not included in the allocation structure. So include this under the alocation stucture cost element group or range defined.
