Free Goods

Hello Guys,

I have done all required steps to maintain Free Goods. Maintained a pricing procedure and Defined item Cat (TANN) and assigned it item catogories... maintained Codition records..

in the sales order i get free goods but it has Item catogory TAN not TANN... Does any1 know why this happens??? I need it to have TANN coz its free...

Help required plz..

hi

suppose if you maintain 10+1 as free goods

in sales order

10 will have tan as item category and

1 will have tann.

have u did the item category assignment

I have assigned Item catogories OR-TAN-TANN-NORM

in VOV4 it should be like this

<b>ORNORMfreetantann</b>

or = sales document type

norm = item category group

free = usage

tan = higher level category

tann = default item category

make the changes and check it will definitely work
