does anyone aleady hook the events of SAPGUI?

I'd like to know which events are fired and when. with which parameter ...

There is a lot of events and methods to gui objects and most are not documented.

I found many info in the tlb generated by Delphi or other com object browser.

A double click in a selection is often recorded as a setfocus followed by a push of a button. There must be something else available.

I'd like to filter what is entered in the control where one enter transaction name etc... to eventually replace a definite name by a script or pass the command to the gui in the other cases.

What did you use: winsight, spy++ or something else.

I see the doc of a Borland product where a recorder display a Gui Offline.

Did anyone succeed in doing such a thing - that is use SAP controls

in an external app. Is there somewhere a little documentation to this behaviour

regards

Didier

I'm not 100% sure that I understand your question, but if you want to run a job in SAP, you can start it based on an event using sapevt.exe

this OS command will trigger an event, and if a job is triggered by this event, it will start.

IS this what you want or am I totally lost?

I don't think so. I mean all the windows events fired or received by the Gui.

This kind of event is more to tell the SAP kernel that something happens.

But there is not much sample on the net either.
