We create an application for read infotype 2 in HR with Visual Composer.

What kind of authorization we have to give tio ther user in backend?

This is not the appropriate forum for this qn. Maybe you can check with HR experts regarding the authorizations for reading frm infotype etc.

As long as the portal userID is mapped to an id in r/3 with the necessary authorizations, from the portal-side you should not hv any trouble pulling data out frm the bckend via vc. To be able to view the vc applications in portal, the relevant portal roles need to be assigned to the user. hope this helps
