Hi,
my Communication Channel is not working fine.. so i check that in RWB it was showing some Error message <b>Channel is an Internal Error</b>
previously it was worked fine.. but now it was showing this error message .. for what reason we will get this one..
in the detailed error messages i'm getting these messages..
<b>Adapter has not provided any status information about this channel</b>.
and <b>Exception : Channel with status unknown or not registered</b>
plz provide any help regarding this..

I beleive if you restart the J2EE engine it will solve your problem:)

Also try restarting corresponding adapter service through Visual Administrator directly.

do a cpa cache refresh and check out if it is working fine. maybe u have been updated with some SP and the restart would have not been successful
