refer this for related discussion

Check your receiver identification configured in the Integration Directory for this combination of inbound interface, namespace, and business system. Also Make sure your file adapter is configured to send with the correct outbound interface/interface namespace.

Hi Saran,

As per your error message, this problem is related to your RECEIVER DETERMINATION in ID.

If you are sending the data to multiple receivers then check all the conditions properly in Receiver Determination. Also check the correct business systems (receiving system).
