Sorry your requirement is not clear. When you say temporary address, how temporary is it? My understanding of your query is;
You have a customer with some ABCD address. Say, the customer's delivery address or billig address is different from that of customer master. You dont want to change the customer address (ABCD), but would like to store this different billing address temporarily some where in the system. If my understanding of the problem is correct then, you can do it in your sales order directly.
You can change your Ship to party or Bill to party or Payers address at both header and Item levels in a sales order. Go to partner tab in thes sales order, double click on the partner function whose address needs to be changed (except sold to party). Address maintain window opens, change the address and save the sales order. This address change does not update the customer master, but is stored in that sales order only. This way you can maintain different delivery address for each material without changing the customer address.
If you want to store this temporary address in customer master only then you can use one of the Long texts available to do so.
If you do not want to use Long text to hold the temporary address then create a new SH or BP or PY depending on whose address you want to store and then assign them to your main customer in sales area data, Partner function tab.
