Meter reading results upload error in Idoc using BD20

when using BD20 to upload Idoc of meter reading results, following error occurs. can you help me? many thanks.

No regional structure area exists for role 20500033 and reg. struc. group

Message no. EEWMSERVICE002

Diagnosis

No regional structure area could be found for the role and regional structure group you have specified.

Procedure

Maintain the role-specific allocation of the regional structure area to regional structure groups in Customizing.

Hi,

please check the following:

- check customizing: trx. SPRO -> button "SAP reference IMG" -> SAP Utilities -> Basic Functions -> Regional Structure -> Postal Regional Structure -> Regional Structure Areas -> 'Define Regional Structure Areas for Roles'

- is note SAP 931287 implemented?
