Dear All,

I face this problem when i am trying to post the taxes in to the g/l account.

Field Text is a required field for G/L account 1000 301001.Earlier i was able to post the taxes.I checked with my FI consultant and he said that he has made text field manadatory and hence i need to make an entry in this text field.

Kindly help me by telling me what i should do to do postings in the gl accounts.

Hi There,

User exits EXIT_SAPLV60B_004: Change a GL account item is available in SAPLV60B for transfer to text in accounting document.

You can pass any data, i.e. billing number + date, to the text.

Hi,

You need help from ABAP developer

to write the code in INCLUDE ZXVVFU04 at function module EXIT_SAPLV60B_004.

i.e:

MOVE <your text> TO xaccit-sgtxt.

I assume you are familiar with User exits.

and creation of SAP enhancement thru CMOD.

Then assign enhancement 'SDVFX004' to the project and activate it.
